The client approached us to remodel and increase the size of 750s.f. one bedroom, one bathroom outdated basement townhouse to 1257s.f. two bedroom, two bathroom townhouse by utilizing two crawlspaces behind and under structure.

The complex was underbuilt and extra square footage was made available within the building footprint.
