Schreyer Construction Ltd. was retained to construct a new halfway hat containing facilities for a concession and bathrooms, 2 field bathrooms at strategic locations and a shelter at the start of the Whistler Golf course.

The challenges here were accessibility without damaging any greens or fragile cart paths and servicing the buildings with electricity, water and sewer in previously unserviced locations.
