We were approached by Mitchell Freedland Design to take on this project. The work was done in 2 phases so as to not tie up the family home during crucial holiday times.

Objectives

To improve areas of a newer home to elevate the function and fit and finish. An existing media room was completely transformed into a media/ bar room to give it a movie theatre feel and make it more suitable for entertaining family and friends. The kitchen was also completely re-done to achieve a more user friendly functionality and a higher level of quality.

The fit and finish was elevated in the whole house, mechanical systems overhauled to make them work more efficiently.

The exterior of the house was also transformed by adding a fully landscaped courtyard with outdoor fireplace, outdoor kitchen and a area covered with glass to keep firewood dry and the outdoor kitchen functioning in inclement weather.
