The client had the opportunity to transform this townhouse into a completely new experience as an additional 600sf was available to add on. The objective was to create a contemporary mountain design with a high-end feel yet sturdy enough to withstand the rigors of a nightly rental unit.

The layout and exterior elevations were changed drastically to achieve the objectives. The energy consumption, comfort performance and functionality was also drastically improved.
