This majestic 3500 sq.ft. residence was constructed according to architectural drawings, but with few interior specifications. Most of the interior details were designed and built under the direction and guidance of the Schreyer team in cooperation with the owner. The complex framing was a challenge given the specifications of the site. Additional challenges related to the many fine interior and exterior details. All beams were cladded with clear edge grain fir, all mitered and with no joints on the long runs. This required 22 ft. long continuous pieces of fir. Mechanical systems were installed so that they did not interrupt the beauty or flow of the ceilings.
